When you book a demo, Mehrlogic collects your first name, last name, email address, chosen meeting time, and timezone. We use these details to arrange the meeting and send its invitation, reminders, and booking updates.
Where your details go
Your booking details are sent to Zoom Scheduler and the host’s connected calendar. Zoom and the calendar provider process the booking and invitation under their own privacy policies. Your details are not automatically added to a marketing mailing list.
What this website keeps
The booking backend keeps a fingerprint of the request, booking status, and confirmation details such as the meeting identifier and time. If you allow optional measurement, it also keeps a conversion delivery record and an available OpenAI click reference for measuring confirmed demo bookings. These records help prevent duplicate bookings and are set to expire after 30 days. Names and email addresses are not stored in this website’s booking database. The hosting service may also process connection information, including IP addresses, to operate the service.
Changing or cancelling your booking
Use the reschedule or cancellation link in your invitation. For questions about your booking or data, email hooman@mehrlogic.com. Booking details in Zoom and the connected calendar are managed by the host.
Invitation measurement
If you allow measurement, we also record visits from Mehrlogic invitation links directly on our own service. A random identifier in session storage helps deduplicate reloads for a 30-minute visit. We distinguish page visits from activity on booking controls, and count a booking only after Zoom confirms it. These records contain campaign labels and random identifiers, not your name, email address, IP address, or an identifier for an invitation recipient. Individual deduplication records expire after 30 days; aggregate daily counts are retained. Declining measurement clears this session identifier and does not affect booking.
Website analytics
With your optional measurement consent, Google Analytics measures visits and completed demo bookings, and OpenAI measures bookings attributed to ChatGPT ads. Our server conversion event excludes your name, email address, and meeting link. OpenAI’s optional automatic advanced matching can hash supported form contact information in the browser; see the website notice for details. Declining measurement does not affect your booking.
