An AI product that connects business discovery, evidence-based research, contact and history checks, message review, and Gmail outreach. Each lead progresses through six stages on a case board, with a progress tracker, scheduled sending, reply tracking, and automated follow-ups under saved rules.

A calendar and reminder kiosk that turns an older Ubuntu computer into a clear view of the day. Create tasks and attach documents in Obsidian on your laptop, synchronize changes in both directions, and see what’s next on an always-visible display.

The challenge
Keep the day’s tasks and documents visible on a dedicated display while editing them from a familiar laptop workspace.
What we built
A Firefox day view and next-task display, with Obsidian task notes and attachments synchronized through Syncthing. Kiosk completions return to Obsidian. On-screen reminders support snooze, dismissal, completion, and repeating tasks, with a browser chime when reminder sound is enabled. Desktop startup and keep-awake integration support the Ubuntu display.
How it stays local
A Python server reads the synchronized Markdown and document files; private SQLite reminder history stays on Ubuntu. Already-synced files remain usable without a laptop connection, and offline edits sync after both devices reconnect.

What we built
A self-contained Docker application with SQLite persistence, Architecture, workflows, presenter notes, portable projects, and a local-agent API/CLI. Core tools work offline. Optional Astra requires internet access and a user-supplied API key, with no Pathways AI subscription.
